Before any revenue operations implementation can be successful, we must first take the time to Define what success looks like for the organization. This means considering the company's specific goals and objectives and documenting them in a clear and actionable way.

Build

The revenue operations build phase is all about implementing the revenue operations plan. The first step is to prioritize what is built first based on current business needs. Then, we, along with a designated main contact, build everything together during our scheduled sessions.

We do not. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have sessions and access to office hours through the billing period.

You do not! We will create a Basecamp Project specifically for your account. We will invite you and your team to the project prior to the first session.

We use HubSpot Payments. You will be asked to set up a Subscription based on your chosen plan through a HubSpot Payment Link.

We accept all major credit cards or ACH. 

Office Hours is open time we are available to answer questions, provide technical support, and other such activities. All communications for Office Hours are managed through your Basecamp project.

Sessions of scheduled for 1 hour. Sessions are scheduled at the same time every week. 

We use zoom to provide remote sessions. Sessions are recorded and shared within the Basecamp project. 

Yes!  Pricing per session depends on if the extra sessions are being added to your plan going forward or if you need just a one-off extra session.

We do not offer a free trial. However, we do offer a one-time session at a reduced price. If you purchase a subscription, the one-time cost is credited toward your first month.
